Create Lead → watch AI fill the form → confirm → automated acknowledgment lands on the thread.

Messaged product orders become structured orders automatically. Build a quote in-app, send a signing link to the customer's phone, and watch it come back signed — with the signed PDF filed.

Send for signing → open the link on YOUR PHONE → sign → "Accepted".

Enquiries become jobs, and jobs go to the field: send a job card to the crew's phone — photos, a field report and the customer's signature come back, ending in a completed, signed-off job.

Job → "Send to phone" link → open it on YOUR PHONE.
On the phone: start the job, snap photos, fill the field report, customer signs.
Back at HQ: everything appears live; job completes with the signed record.
